①對外濾式脈沖除塵器而言，濾袋骨架及附件是非常重要的，好的骨架設(shè)計及制造有助于布袋除塵器達(dá)到非常佳性能，并有利于濾袋的耐久性，降低生產(chǎn)成本。我們設(shè)計為八根冷撥鋼絲，制造采用骨架專用設(shè)備生產(chǎn)，骨架成形后本體及焊接強(qiáng)度大，垂直度好，整個骨架外表鍍鋅，光滑、美觀、耐用；

① For external filter pulse dust collectors, the filter bag frame and accessories are very important. Good frame design and manufacturing can help the bag filter achieve optimal performance, as well as improve the durability of the filter bag and reduce production costs. We design eight cold drawn steel wires and manufacture them using specialized equipment for the skeleton. After the skeleton is formed, the body and welding strength are high, the verticality is good, and the entire skeleton surface is galvanized, smooth, beautiful, and durable;

②針對木材粉塵的親水特性，粉塵在有一定的水分的含量下容易結(jié)塊，在除塵器灰斗里面架拱成橋?qū)е露铝犀F(xiàn)象，我們在除塵器灰斗設(shè)計有振動器，進(jìn)行輔助清灰，減少人工輔助清灰的工作；

② In response to the hydrophilic characteristics of wood dust, dust is prone to clumping when it contains a certain amount of moisture, which can cause blockage when arched into a bridge in the dust collector hopper. We have designed a vibrator in the dust collector hopper to assist in cleaning and reduce the need for manual cleaning;

③為方便對除塵器的檢修與觀察，我們在除塵器灰斗下部設(shè)計有有機(jī)玻璃觀察（檢修）門：系統(tǒng)管道4-6米之問采用法蘭連接，5m左右設(shè)計有檢修門：便于觀察管道里面粉塵沉降的情況及清理；

③ For the convenience of maintenance and observation of the dust collector, we have designed an organic glass observation (maintenance) door at the bottom of the dust hopper of the dust collector. The system pipeline is connected by flanges at a distance of 4-6 meters, and a maintenance door is designed around 5 meters to facilitate the observation and cleaning of dust settling inside the pipeline;

④針對木材粉塵濃度大的特點(diǎn)，我們對除塵器采用漸變的氣流通道設(shè)計，保證氣流均勻分布。對氣流組織進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計，避免對除塵器內(nèi)部局部區(qū)域高速沖刷與磨損。使清灰壓縮空氣做到所有濾袋均勻地噴吹與過濾，提高濾袋的整體壽命。

④ In response to the high concentration of wood dust, we have adopted a gradual airflow channel design for the dust collector to ensure even distribution of airflow. Optimize the design of airflow organization to avoid high-speed scouring and wear on local areas inside the dust collector. Ensure that the compressed air for dust cleaning is evenly sprayed and filtered through all filter bags, thereby improving the overall lifespan of the filter bags.

⑥獨(dú)到的壓管路設(shè)計，使壓縮空氣實(shí)際消耗量大為減少。設(shè)備自帶儲氣柜，滿是了設(shè)備間敬需要大量壓縮空氣的需要，同時使平均壓縮空氣供應(yīng)量降至非常低水平，達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的；

⑥ The unique pressure pipeline design greatly reduces the actual consumption of compressed air. The equipment comes with a built-in air storage tank, which is filled with the need for a large amount of compressed air between devices, while minimizing the average supply of compressed air and achieving energy-saving goals;

⑦我們設(shè)計的脈沖閥CV/KV流量系數(shù)比國內(nèi)其它同規(guī)格產(chǎn)品非常高增加超過30%。所選用的脈沖閥能夠提供3年以上使用壽命保證。電磁導(dǎo)閥適用于DC24V電壓，提供簡單有效的連接方式、人性化設(shè)計的連接附件及安裝工具，方便檢修：

通風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)需要配套風(fēng)機(jī)和空氣壓縮機(jī)，驅(qū)動需要三相四線制的電源，除塵器清灰要配用1臺脈沖控制儀。脈沖儀安裝在除塵器的附近?？刂乒瘢ㄏ洌┑碾娫从山ㄔO(shè)方提供相關(guān)。要求將電纜拉至控制柜內(nèi)總開關(guān)上樁。同時請?zhí)峁┕步拥爻霾?，方便地線連接。

The ventilation and dust removal system requires supporting fans and air compressors, and the drive requires a three-phase four wire power supply. The dust collector needs to be equipped with one pulse controller for dust cleaning. The pulse meter is installed near the dust collector. The power supply for the control cabinet (box) shall be provided by the construction party. Request to pull the cable to the main switch in the control cabinet. Please also provide a common grounding electrode for easy connection of the ground wire.

⑨壓縮空氣，配套1臺0.6立方米/分鐘的空壓機(jī)，1個0.6立方米的貯氣罐及相關(guān)的配氣設(shè)備和管道?？諌簷C(jī)系統(tǒng)供氣給1套布袋除塵器的清灰工作。

⑨ Compressed air, equipped with one 0.6 cubic meter per minute air compressor, one 0.6 cubic meter gas storage tank, and related gas distribution equipment and pipelines. The air compressor system supplies air to one set of bag filter for dust cleaning.

⑩在除塵器出風(fēng)口與風(fēng)機(jī)的進(jìn)口聯(lián)接我們設(shè)計為軟聯(lián)接，以消除因風(fēng)機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)帶來的震動：在風(fēng)機(jī)的出口設(shè)計有*，以降低因風(fēng)機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的噪聲：
