催化燃燒設備+沸石轉輪濃縮廢氣處理技術用于處理低濃度VOCs、大風量工業(yè)廢氣的效率高、投資成本比以往更小。

吸附分離濃縮+催化燃燒分解凈化法的基本思路是:采用吸附分離法對大風量、低濃度工業(yè)的有機廢氣VOCs進行分離濃縮,然后再對濃縮后的小風、量高濃度的有機廢氣進行催化燃燒分解凈化。

The basic idea of adsorption separation concentration+catalytic combustion decomposition purification method is to use adsorption separation method to separate and concentrate VOCs from high air volume and low concentration industrial waste gas, and then perform catalytic combustion decomposition purification on the concentrated low air volume and high concentration organic waste gas.

建立吸附區(qū)旁路內循環(huán):當廢氣經(jīng)過吸附區(qū)吸附后不達標,進入旁路內循環(huán),再次進行吸附處理。此旁路內循環(huán)的基本思路為消滅現(xiàn)有污染再吸納新的污染。

Establish bypass circulation in the adsorption zone: When the exhaust gas does not meet the standard after being adsorbed in the adsorption zone, it enters the bypass circulation and undergoes adsorption treatment again. The basic idea of this bypass circulation is to eliminate existing pollution and absorb new pollution.

建立冷卻風旁路:在工況復雜的情況下,VOCs濃度有可能陡然升高,此時將部分冷卻風引入到吸附區(qū)以降低脫附風量,同時在傳熱②后補充新風,以維系進入催化反應器的風量在預設范圍以內。此旁路的基本思路是以新風對高濃度VOCs進行稀釋,因而從效果上看,此法也會延長治理時間。

Establish a cooling air bypass: In complex working conditions, the concentration of VOCs may suddenly increase. At this time, some cooling air is introduced into the adsorption zone to reduce the desorption air volume, and fresh air is supplemented after heat transfer to maintain the air volume entering the catalytic reactor within the preset range. The basic idea of this bypass is to dilute high concentration VOCs with fresh air, so from the perspective of effectiveness, this method will also extend the treatment time.

轉輪轉速易調:在②的情況下可以適當提高轉輪轉速,減少單位面積轉輪單位時間內吸附VOCs的量,從而保障系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定。

Adjustable wheel speed: In the case of ②, the wheel speed can be appropriately increased to reduce the amount of VOCs adsorbed per unit area and unit time of the wheel, thereby ensuring the continuous stability of the system.

催化燃燒室去掉電輔熱系統(tǒng),改為傳熱②對空氣加熱到VOCs起燃的溫度,并利用反應放熱使催化燃燒室溫度穩(wěn)定在500℃~600℃范圍內。

Remove the electric auxiliary heating system from the catalytic combustion chamber and replace it with heat transfer. Heat the air to the temperature at which VOCs ignite, and use the heat released from the reaction to stabilize the temperature of the catalytic combustion chamber within the range of 500 ℃ to 600 ℃.

與傳統(tǒng)工藝相比,該整個系統(tǒng)采用引風機設計,便于對旁路的調控。去掉給催化燃燒裝置用的降溫鼓風機(此機治標不治本)改為在轉輪部分控制VOCs濃度。

Compared with traditional processes, the entire system adopts an induced draft fan design, which facilitates the regulation of the bypass. Remove the cooling blower used for the catalytic combustion device (which only treats the symptoms but not the root cause) and switch to controlling the concentration of VOCs in the rotor section.

廢氣處理催化燃燒設備的技術狀況分析:蜂窩轉輪吸附+催化燃燒處理技術是由日本發(fā)明的一種有機廢氣處理系統(tǒng).其中吸附裝置是用分子篩、活性碳纖維或含碳材料制備的瓦楞型紙板組裝起來的蜂窩轉輪,吸附與脫附氣流的流向相反,兩個過程同時進行。這種在系統(tǒng)被我國引進和仿制,但由于蜂窩轉輪以及關鍵部位技術不過關,一直沒有廣泛使用。
